For work eligibility during a summer term, a student must be enrolled for at least six (6) graduate or undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done or pre-registered at least 6 undergraduate semester hours or 9 graduate semester hours for the upcoming fall term; must be in academic and financial aid good standing as demonstrated through the Office of Financial Aid and the college.

This position is responsible for supporting the day to day office responsibilities for the department. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and events sponsored by the office of recruitment; preparing materials for programs and events.(i.e. giveaways, folders and bags, recording equipment, etc.); attending all recruitment programs and events; conducting annual inventory; meeting regularly with supervisor to set goals each semester.
