The Department of Chemistry at Prairie View A&M invites applicants for a tenure track position in the field of Analytical Chemistry. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate chemistry including upper courses in Analytical Chemistry. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, teaching advanced courses in the candidate’s area of expertise; conducting funded research and producing scholarly work; providing service to the department and the university; seeking and receiving external funding to promote department activities and research; providing mentoring and advertisement to students; providing committee services for the department and university.
