Posting Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to manage and maintain the day-to-day operations with the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephone and direct faculty, staff, and students to the right area; fielding inquiries from student; facilitating and processing admissions applications for the programmatic areas for both graduate and undergraduate programs; providing student follow up for course closures, class cancellations, program changes and updates; providing support for accreditation documentation and reporting preparations; processing financial and personnel actions related to employee travel, purchasing, human resources related actions to include employee timesheets and absences, position management, etc. in the required systems such as FAMIS, CANOPY, LeaveTraq, TimeTraq and PV TALENT.
